a Fond Farewell

 On Pentecost Sunday, May 19, we received a visit from Violeta de la Cruz, our long-time member, fabulous cook, talented woman (her weavings are at the Getty) and businesswoman. Violeta has recently moved back to Guatemala. Naturally, we had to celebrate, though we thought of kidnapping her and keeping her here!  Buena suerte y bendiciones, Violeta!  ​
